Peter's Pearls has been a free daily "quote-of-the-day" service that ran for over ten years. The quotes were selected by Pete Sumner from the writings of contemporary spiritually awakened writers such as Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Gangaji, Nadeen and Douglas Harding etc.
The service continued with few interruptions until May 6th, 2009, when it abruptly ceased due to the 'overloading of a machine' at our Web host, Eftel. We were then told that some of the data on our list may have been corrupted, but finally, it was revealed that our whole mailing list had been totally corrupted and was beyond salvage!
Because of the Mailman program we were required to use by Eftel, we were never able to download copies of our growing list, but assumed our data was safeguarded by back-up programs etc. The final blow came when we were told that Eftel had no back-up system in place and that there were no replacement copies of our list.
We are now in the process of re-establishing the Peter's Pearls service using an old 2006 list (the latest available to us). If you would like to be on our new list, just Subscribe Here.

Again, we very sorry that the Peter;s Pearls service has been disrupted in this way, but we are confident that all things work together for good as we walk in the Light of Consciousness. We are just being present with this disappointing situation and are ready for whatever may unfold in the development of our Web-based services.
